Inovativa Tecnologia Eletrônica EIRELI ME reserves the right to revise and amend the terms of service. If there is change, all users of our services will be advised via e-mail or through the website. You can review the latest version of the Terms of Service at any time in http://www.otimizenesting.com. The violation of any of the terms below will result in the cancellation of your account.
Terms on the account

You need to be a human being. Accounts registered by “robots” or other methods are not permitted.

You must provide a valid email address and all information required in the process of creating your account.

You are responsible for keeping your username and password secure. Inovativa is not responsible for any damage caused due to the breach of this term.

You are responsible for all content sent and the activities in your account.

You cannot use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

Inovativa reserves the right to use the name of your company in advertisement pieces and may present you as a customer of Otimize Nesting.
Payments and changes in plans

On the creation of an account the Plus plan, which entitles seven (7) days of free use of the service, will be provided. At the end of that period, to continue using the service, you must choose a payment plan.

The service is prepaid, and each payment entitles you to use the service for a month, counted since the date of expiration of the last month. If you have stopped using the service for a period greater than 17 days (and didn’t make any payments during that period), you will not be charged regarding to that period. In this case, exceptionally, if you make the new payment will be due after one month from the date of approval of your payment.

If there is no payment from your plan after 7 days prior to the expiration of the period paid, the service will be automatically locked.

You can change plans at any time. The designated service by the new plan happens at the time that the change of plan occurs, but the value will only be charged at the next payment. If the new plan is more expensive, there will be no additional charge for the period of the last month paid. Likewise, you will not be reimbursed if the plan change is to a cheaper one.

If you stop using the service, there will be no compensation corresponding to the days still remaining until the expiration of your account.

All information relating to your account will be kept for at least three months if you stop paying for the service. In that way, if you decide to come back to pay for the service, no previous information will be lost.

If there is a change in the value of service plans, all users will be notified via website and/or e-mail at least one month before.
